Buyer’s Program

We know that when it comes to buying a home, you have a lot of extra costs that come with it.  At Opulent Homes, your experience matters to us so we created our Buyer’s Program to make things a bit easier.  Basically, we’ll PAY YOU HALF of our buyer broker commission at closing*.  We’ll actually pay YOU HALF of our buyer broker commission back at closing*! Fantastic!

Step 1 ~ Go find and fall in love with your next Opulent Home!  (See?  This is easy!)

Step 2 ~ You’ll get 1/2 of the commission toward closing costs, paid when the home closes escrow as a credit on your HUD-1.

Step 3 ~ Your credit can be applied toward your closing costs, reducing the out-of-pocket money you will need for it.

THE FINE PRINT:  The Opulent Homes’ Buyer’s Program is only available for home purchases where the buyer’s agent commission or Seller Office Commission is a minimum of $4999.   This rebate will appear on your HUD-1 statement at escrow and can be applied to closing costs, rate buy down or prepaid items.  Your lender won’t allow you to use this towards your down payment, however, it will as a credit for your other costs reduce your out-of-pocket monies needed for closing.  The rebate is tax free as well.
