Meet Casey…

‘Its in his DNA…’

From his days as a toddler with little Tonka Trucks on his father’s real estate development job sites, Casey Scott seemed truly built for real estate. Playing in the dirt with child size versions of the real ones working on huge development sites fueled his passion for building great things.

The desire to do great things compelled him to excel both on and off the fields of several sports and in his classroom. Casey’s higher education pursuit resulted in a Bachelors degree in business majoring in management, minoring in accounting and investments ~ all while working full time!

At the age of 20, he started his professional career in retail sales, primarily in home appliances. Later, Casey moved on to represent independent high-end appliance dealers working with builders and homeowners. He supplied appliances to some of the biggest projects in Seattle and helped design countless custom kitchens.

In 2004, he was able to purchase his first home, design and do it’s remodeling. This is where those Tonka Truck dreams of old took hold again and Casey was hooked! Taking a good structure and turning it into a top of the line beautiful home fires him up!

He continues today buying homes, performing major renovations and selling them. Says Casey “I don’t call it a flip because I take it down to the studs, change the lay out, add in all new electrical/plumbing and bring it to today’s high end finishes.”

“After using realtors for years, I discovered I would rather work directly with buyers and sellers. It’s a very personal experience and for most people it’s the biggest decision one can make. I am compelled to go above and beyond expectations, working through the project and through the selling and buying experience.”

Casey is a builder by trade that specializes in real estate law, contracts and marketing. He has incorporated all of these skills, along with his father’s real estate development into the services he provides his clients today.
